Atelier

Chef Kevin Romes likes to focus on simplicity in his cuisine. We know that simplicity allows the quality of the product to shine, but we also know that achieving perfection this way is far more challenging. Here, however, he succeeds beautifully, including with the six-course Pure Plant Atelier menu. A completely pure plant approach is not yet possible, but the talent and creativity are clearly there to take this concept even further. Perhaps something for the chef to consider in the future. It is also interesting to know that the entire restaurant was designed by Belgian architect Axel Vervoordt. Atelier is part of the magnificent Bayerischer Hof in Munich, where luxury and hospitality are deeply rooted in the experience.
