Benvegudo, the restaurant of the family hotel of the same name is one of the culinary discoveries of les Baux en Provence. Chef Thomas Voisin serves fresh local vegetables the way they deserve. We tasted a successful spaghetti of carrot and zucchini with tomato and a fresh herb salad of coriander, parsley and basil with fried squid. We also tried the green asparagus with croquettes of morel, rocket and crispy sweetbreads! Vegetables are in the leading role every time! 3 Radishes without a doubt!
