L'Aupiho

This golf resort has 2 wonderful restaurants: L'Aupiho & Le Bistrot. On a summer evening, we sat outside on the terrace of L'Aupiho. Belgian chef Lieven van Aken gave us a successful evening. The flavours were recognisable, but there was always something that gave the dishes an extra dimension. And then there was the dessert: in our opinion the best dessert we have tasted in the last 12 months. Thanks to the chef!
