Le Cabro D'or

New chef and a new "Green Food" menu at Le Cabro D'Or, sister of the well-known restaurant L'Oustau de Baumanière. Besides the classic menu, Chef Michel Hulin chooses to take the first modest steps with a tasty vegetable menu. What is striking is that the habit of continuing to use cream, butter and cheese is apparently ingrained in the culture. We're Smart, meanwhile, knows that these traditional aids are no longer necessary in a gourmet pure vegetable menu. It has since been proven by many colleagues that vegetables can perfectly and with great taste replace these too. Maybe that's the next step chef? Still, we are especially happy to see an evolution towards vegetables in the leading role here too. Much appreciated!
