Beautiful but busy St-Rémy remains cozy, but L'auberge is a new place for us. Chefs Fanny Rey & Jonathan Wahid already have a reputation, but is the restaurant worthy of its detour? So yes, we enjoyed ourselves from the get-go, with some unique surprises along the way. How about finishing your meal with a "pralines" of apple, radish, grapefruit and dill? Or mini crunchy gherkin as candy. It brought us great happiness. The olive tree as a symbol, the fresh herbs as a flavour booster and edible flowers as a feminine nod give the signature to this attraction, where enthusiasm and enjoyment is the key.
