Aura

Aura is a restaurant after our hearts at We're Smart. Chefs Alexander Hermann & Tobias Bätz therefore not only bring a beautifully pure plant menu, but with the test kitchen Anima they are also always looking for new applications such as fermentations and many other techniques.  The Posthotel Alexander Herrmann has gold in its midst with Aura. We strongly believe that in the future we will experience a further evolution to the We're Smart top ! We will definitely follow it up more closely.
