The restaurant with its French influenced kitchen calls itself a “Plant Bistro”. The all vegetarian menu changes with the seasons and the availability of its locally grown ingredients. Butter and cheese are present in most dishes, but to have it Pure Plant instead is not an issue for the kitchen. In line with the cozy and vibrant atmosphere, the menu consists of plates-to-share. Every dish puts different vegetables in the lead, and is skillfully executed in terms of flavour and texture.
