In this gastropub in the hip district of Norrebro founded by veterans of Noma, the kitchen staff serves in the restaurant, and that creates a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. There is a four-course menu with or without meat and a 7-course menu in which vegetables play an important role. The composition of the dishes not only reflects the origin of the ingredients, but also creative thinking about residual processing, recycling and synergies.
