Chef Anthony Walsh is assisted by chef duo John Horn and Ron McKinlay. Vegetables are everywhere these days, but if you want to eat completely plant-based, you must mention it when booking, which is a bit of an extra barrier. Nevertheless, we do not want to deprive you of this culinary temple in Toronto in an exceptional location. They know how to cook, as well with animal as plant-based food!
