Casa Cauli
Nestled among the greenery on the slopes of the Monti della Maddalena, with panoramic views of Monte Cervati, Casa Cauli takes its name from the ancient hamlet of Arenabianca di Montesano sulla Marcellana, known as Cauli in the 16th century. Casa Cauli offers an intimate journey through the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park, where unique local produce and forgotten flavours meet antique furniture and rural traditions. Casa Cauli is the Padula family’s country home. Chef Michelangelo inherited the property from his parents and decided to renovate it, bringing his own vision to life: cultivating the land, cooking with its produce and welcoming travellers looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In every dish, the surrounding countryside shines through. The menu evolves with the seasons, following the rhythm of nature and making the most of produce from local growers. A beautiful philosophy, Chef!
