Bosque Fevi @ The seven Hotel

This restaurant looks modern and warm at the same time upon entering, beautiful!

So expectations are immediately high, which is not easy. The cuisine, on the other hand, comes across as rather Mediterranean-Spanish classic, with a twist.  What we are happy about is that there is a purely plant-based menu, called "Coolveggie". One also chooses to incorporate seitan, tofu and vegan cheese in this, which we feel is not always necessary. Still, we feel the team is still finding its way, which is why we at We're Smart also want to encourage them to work further in that direction.
