The vegetable garden is an integral part of a visit to Cabaña Buenavista. We certainly don’t need to convince chef Pablo González that vegetables are important — it’s in his DNA. They therefore feature prominently throughout the menu, although a fully Pure Plant menu is not yet on the table. With such a project and so much talent, we at the We’re Smart Green Guide feel this is a missed opportunity. Nevertheless, the two Radishes are thoroughly deserved for the overall experience. Congratulations to the entire team!
