Anoah receives a lot of positive feedback for their 100% pure plant-based cuisine. And rightly so, the belief that it can be done differently is strong, and they prove that Zürich is eager for it. The flavors are delicious, and the presentation is certainly colorful, but sometimes a bit rough around the edges. So, there is still room for growth, Noah Rechsteiner!
