Something is moving in Santiago. One by one, beautiful places are opened by ambitious young chefs! 99 is one of them. It is good that these new entrepreneurs have understood all over the world that the future boils down to more vegetables on the plates. We had a 9 course menu and these naturally colored dishes were harmoniously complemented. Everything was not so successful, but it was often daring! He is happy to see this youthful enthusiasm for fruits and vegetables growing ever higher.
