"In connection with cancer prevention, it is well known that the consumption of fresh fruit and vegetables in particular should be promoted. If the average daily consumption of fruit and vegetables were to increase by 120 g, the number of new cancer cases could be reduced by 7 to 21% annually (and even 50% for some tumours). Good habits are best learned as early as childhood."
