About the authors

Frank Fol
Frank Fol is a chef and is passionate about vegetables. He has travelled a lot with a view to gaining new knowledge about vegetables.

Besides his culinary career, he also focuses on writing cookbooks. Meanwhile, he already has several cookbooks to his name, such as 'The vegetable bible' . He wrote this book in collaboration with Marc Declercq.

Wim Demessemaekers
Wim Demessemaekers is an internationally acclaimed photographer. Together with Mieke De Vylder, he provides companies of all kinds with inspiring content through story design agency De La Soul.

Mieke De Vylder
Mieke De Vylder is a storyteller at heart. She worked in marketing for 25 years, but now writes full-time for DeLaSoul, the story design agency where, together with photographer Wim Demessemaekers, she provides companies with inspiring content of all kinds.
