Chef Walter Marskamp's restaurant - Yerba - is definitely worth its 5 Radishes, the constant quest to surprise guests with new creations and high-end produce has motivated the team at We're Smart to bring this dynamic to the 5 Radishes Chefs Club. The DNA and flavours are more than right, and still too few people in Amsterdam have discovered the restaurant. We hope this will now change.
