Laurence and Jonas Haegeman, brother and sister, stand together at the stove of their restaurant De Vijf Seizoenen. Local vegetables from traditional, organic or climate-friendly cultivation, local herbs from their own garden or wild picked in the Flemish Ardennes form the starting point of their dishes. The menu includes a vegetable menu in a four- and five-course version. Both chefs give their all to the vegetable creations, and you fall from one pleasant taste surprise into another.
