The name Haeberlin still rings out in Alsace. Culinary history has been written here, many were allowed to join in. We also did this with pleasure on our way through and round of France. And to be honest, it had been years since I had the chance to enjoy the cuisine of Marc Haeberlin and his team. And yes, even here, there is now a 100% vegetable menu! Well done.
