La Maison Rouge

Chef Petit Jean is out for tradition, the Alsace tradition. Yet he manages to make it with a twist different and exceptionally delicious. Even when it's purely vegetables it's spot on. That's why we include this restaurant from Colmar because the chef is still young and overflowing with passion for the products of the region. And knows that this region has fantastic vegetables in addition to delicious wines, flavourful charcuterie. Maybe they will get a place of honour in the future after all?
