In the warm and welcoming Heron – petit restaurant, you feel at home right away. The talented kitchen team, led by Chef Josephine Blom, creates everything at the open counter. Their love for local ingredients, foraged produce and plants is truly infectious. A full Pure Plant menu is tempting, but not a must. On the bistro-style menu, everyone can find something to love. Owners Joyce Bielderman and Victor Stukker have a real culinary consciousness. Joyce creates delicious botanical pairings, while Victor seeks out the most amazing hyper-local produce. A cheerful and passionate chef creates memorable, recognisable dishes that make you want to come back for more. Bravo for the strong growth we’ve seen in recent years!
