La Table du Gourmet

Chef Jean-Luc Brendel plays with colors and flavors, and with a lot with organic and vegetal ingredients. He also has his both feet on and in the ground and can fall back on some 350 scents and colors from his garden and permaculture. So, no problem to conjure up vegetable creations on the table too.
