We’re Smart on tour on the Canary Islands
The Canary Islands were not yet widely included in the We're Smart Green Guide. With a visit by the We're Smart team, we aim to change that.
We went from Gran Canaria to Tenerife, then to La Gomera to return to our starting point. We visited not only restaurants that may have earned their place, but also their vegetable suppliers and some winemakers.
