Starfish, La Caleta

Starfish has "fish" in its name, and that remains the core of its existence. But there are several restaurants within the Corales Hotel, and Starfish also wants to stand out as a restaurant that has a solid offering of 100% pure plant dishes. The creations we were allowed to taste were already very promising. We look forward to seeing the offerings grow even more as there is also a lot of demand within the resort guests for tasty pure vegetable cuisine.  With Victor Bossecker as chef, this will certainly succeed because sustainability is in his DNA. Already 3 radishes in the hope that this will increase over the years....
