"Starfish may have “fish” in its name, but that doesn’t define its essence. Within the Corales Hotel, several restaurants compete for attention, yet Starfish is carving out its identity as a destination with a robust offering of 100% pure plant dishes.

Chef Victor Bossecker is committed not only to pure plant cuisine but also to a broader vision of sustainability, which is clearly embedded in the restaurant’s DNA.
