Chef Sandra Jorge is a young chef with character — she knows what she wants and has cooking firmly in her hands. During our visit, we were satisfied with the quality, but we also felt that vegetables could play a more prominent role. Of course, the choice lies with the chef, and we hope this message serves as encouragement to offer a seasonal pure plant menu. We are personally very excited about the fireworks that will result from that. And chef, what do you think yourself?
