Toshi is a true discovery.
Chef Toshi Kai delivers top-level cuisine, with a menu that can evolve daily as he follows the market and always sources the freshest ingredients. We were deeply impressed by his creative way of combining flavors — always balanced, always spot on. This is a restaurant after our own heart, as vegetables play an important role on the plate. Due to the limited seating at the counter (a maximum of 10 guests), a 100% pure plant-based menu isn’t possible just yet —but we’re convinced the chef could absolutely master it if he chose to.
