Another restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Abama is this Italian concept. But even more importantly, you can also choose from a separate Pure Plant menu here. Make sure to ask for it, as it won’t be offered automatically. We tried several dishes and have to admit that everything was prepared with plenty of flavour. Of course, cheese is a major part of Italian cuisine — ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan and more — but if you ask for these to be left out, this is possible for most recipes.
