Verdesazon from Roberto Luquez is a modest restaurant in the subburbs of Santiagio, but it is a great quiet beautiful place to go! The 8-course pure plant tasting menu is a truly exceptional experience! The team is great and tremendous friendly. It was recommanded by Chilian chef, and it was more than worth visiting and meeting with extraordinary world chef Roberto! What an amazing pure plant cuisine!!
