Chef Javier Aviles Lira has lived 15 years in Argentina where he met his wife Flor, and 7 years ago they decided to return to Chili-Santiago. His restaurant reminds us of a grand mothers house : cosy, full of colors and old paintings, furniture,... you name it. He's a real ambassador for the pure plant philosophy and created a wonderful Pure Plant experience menu and with a tremendous pairing, A & NA, kombuchas, fermentations,... When in Santiago, it´s a important stopover for the We’re Smart community!
