Quina

We have a soft spot for Peruvian cuisine at We’re Smart — you may have noticed! The Quina experience was truly fantastic. You can feel the chef’s passion in this small restaurant, and the plant-forward dishes we tasted were an absolute delight. Vegetables are given a place of honour, although a fully Pure Plant menu is not yet possible. Both Christy Chaves from Peru and Robert Richter from Germany have fallen in love with Peru. They travelled the world, learning from some of the best Peruvian restaurants, and with Quina they want to share that love through authentic flavours and recognisable dishes. But expect some surprises too, as chef Robert doesn’t just want you to enjoy the food — he also wants to bring his own vision to it. We’ll gladly be back, chefs…
