La Petite Colombe

Just like Protégé, Foxcroft and La Colombe, La Petite Colombe belongs to the same group of restaurants. Chef John Norris Rogers pays much attention to the vegetable kitchen, and that translates into a ten-course vegetarian gourmand menu in which dishes such as miso eggplant, egg noodles, gochujang, celeriac and wild garlic or a combination of pumpkin and harissa risotto with herb mousse, soubise and hazelnut dukkah.
