French Connection

This bistro of Matthew Gordon continues to surprise us positively. Although it does not directly represent a place where you expect a lot of vegetables and yet we were convinced of the taste that this chef has for vegetables! The linguini verde was full of tasty greens: zucchini compote, peas, spinach, red onions, fresh herbs and a delicious paprika and smoked tomato salsa. The vegetable salad was also excellent. The salade niçoise with roast leg of lamb was also a good balance with its vegetables in abundance. Definitely recommended for those looking for pure classic cuisine!
