Rupert & Rothschild

The winery that emerged from a collaboration between Anton Rupert and baron Edmond De Rothschild also has an excellent fine dining restaurant. And we had a very nice dinner there. Vegetables are at their best in every dish! And especially the seasonal vegetable dishes are incredibly refined and full of flavour. The choice is still limited but the chefs know how to lift vegetables to a higher level. Food & wineparing are also put forward.
