La Buvette

La Buvette is a historic Brussels restaurant located in Saint-Gilles. Yet you can eat plant-based here, which is our motivation for permanently including it in We're Smart Green Guide. Nicolas Scheidt is also the chef behind other great initiatives like Café des Spores. At La Buvette he is assisted by Diamantis Kalogerinis, a chef who is convinced of the importance of the right seasons and knows how to be creative with them.
