L’Estragon
L’Estragon offers a playful, colorful, simple, and flavorful cuisine, with vegetables from its own garden or from lokal farms—and that almost says it all. But not quite: the goal is to make everything 100% organic, a challenge the team has nearly fully achieved. A 100% pure plant menu is possible, though it’s best to mention this when making your reservation. Chef Sigrid Budtz-Jorgensen is clearly happy at L’Estragon—and the many guests certainly are too.
