If you are a healthy foodie and want to be part of the experience, then a stop-over at Moment in Ronde is a must. Rikke and Morten Storm Overgaard want everything to be just right, the biodiversity must be optimal, everything must be organic, a low ecological footprint is a given. The aim is for the team to be proud of what happens here in Ronde. You can call it an example of the restaurant of the future, at least from the current perspective. To be clear, this is indeed a plant-based restaurant where 100% is not a problem.
