Donnersmarkt is the restaurant of the Almanac Hotel in Vienna. We know that this hotel group places great importance on offering a strong pure plant selection, and Chef Claudia Kursawe fully embraces that vision with a beautiful range of pure plant dishes, prepared with elegance and simplicity. Many of the other dishes on the menu also give vegetables a leading role. We did notice, however, that dairy still appears in several of the pure plant creations. In many cases, this doesn't seem necessary and adds little to the overall experience. Perhaps that's the next step, Chef?
