Konstantin Filippou is the son of a Greek father and an Austrian mother. From his childhood, he was introduced to Mediterranean and multicultural influences. He worked in various restaurants in Austria including the famous Steiereck and also with Gordon Ramsay and La Gavroche in London and Arzak in San Sebastian. His dishes are characterised by purity with an extreme passion for the ingredient and are an interesting synthesis of his international passages.
