We’re Smart on tour in Lima, Peru

We're Smart headed to Peru to visit various restaurants with the local inspector, evaluate them, and personally connect with the chefs involved. It turned out to be an exceptional week that we will look back on with enthusiasm for a long time to come. Some Belgian restaurateurs accompanied us on this voyage of discovery.
