Zappaz

Small ‘tapas’ form the menu of Zappaz. The inspiration comes from both classic French cuisine and world cuisine. You will find, in addition to guinea fowl fine champagne with celeriac and parsnip, also monkfish with yuzu, salsify, and macadamia. Vegetables are processed creatively.
