Zappaz has moved from Leuven to nearby Holsbeek – but the concept remains the same.
Small ‘tapas-style’ dishes make up the Zappaz menu, inspired by both classic French cuisine and flavours from around the world. The focus remains on refined mini dishes where technique and flavour are key. Vegetables always have a role, but seafood, fish, and meat still take centre stage. Chef Seppe Dezeure, how about creating a full pure plant Zappaz menu? We'd love to see that!
