One of them is Yakiyasai Isoya, with the motto: “Let us prepare the seasonal vegetables of Kyoto for you.” Every day, fresh produce from the Gojisui farm is grilled, steamed, or stir-fried and served with miso or delicate sauces to highlight their purest flavors.
