Chef Jacob Kear is close to nature and it shows in everything that happens here. Interest in the seasons, local, respect for local culture, combined with a vision for the future and creativity gives a surprising but tasty result. Lurra is a winner! The vegetable dishes too, for that matter. So at the We're Smart Green Guide, we are happy to introduce this restaurant to the community ... but the road is long to call it a true vegetable restaurant.
