Gion Abbesses

Chef Norifumi Tanaka received a French education but has lost his heart in his homeland of Kyoto. An important reason is the local quality of vegetables. This is reflected in the modern version of the French-Japanese cuisine that is served. All dishes contain at least 50% plant-based ingredients, which always results in a colorful pallet!
