The culinary melting pot of Tel Aviv in Berlin, with a colourful vegetable kitchen. Chef Ben Zviel learned the ropes at Arzak in San Sebastian, Matthias Dahlgren in Stockholm and WD50 in New York. He mainly serves vegetarian and vegan preparations, fish and meat are also available, with pure ingredients and powerful flavours. His preparations with hummus, roasted cauliflower, roasted celeriac and fried eggplant are just heavenly.
