Chef Niven Kunz was with his former restaurant Niven one of the first Dutch chefs to be named Best Vegetable Restaurant by the We're Smart^_® Green Guide, in 2013! And still rightly so, as it turns out. In the new restaurant, too, vegetables take centre stage in name, flavour and quantity. A unique menu to savour. Without any problem, the menu will also be completely plant-based. We remain fans of this Think Vegetables! Think Fruit! ^® pioneer. For the We’re Smart® Green Guide Triptyque is the Dutch Discovery of the year 2021 for Best Vegetables restaurant!
