Chef Kyan van Bommel is lucky enough to be allowed to browse in Arie's biodynamic kitchen garden "Laantje Voorham" in Wassenaar. The garden is not only the culinary inspiration for the chefs, but also for the name Oogst. Nature and freshly harvested vegetables, herbs and cresses are the green thread, resulting in a beautiful range of vegetable dishes.
