The Greek cook Takis Panagakis combines classic preparations with subtle Greek influences. Pure flavours and fresh products characterise his sometimes special combinations. For example, there is monkfish with dolma, artichoke and pea; eel with Greek salad and barber leaf or langoustine with kritharaki, white asparagus, saganaki and manouri.
