Spring - Somerset House

Dream on: the setting is London's iconic Somerset House, the Chef is Australian Skye Gyngell, the dishes are full of seasonal produce. The result = a wonderful lunch and experience! And what's extra nice is the desire to completely banish plastic in and with the restaurant.
