Skye Gingell has been cooking for several years in the new wing of the iconic Somerset House. She is Australian by the origin and is now one of the most appreciated chefs in England. She cooks very product driven with Italian influences. Her dishes are elegant, seasonal and original. For example, start with a stracciatella of tomatoes, vegetables, black olives and a parsley dressing and continue with guinea fowl with a garnish of carrots, white onions and béarnaise.
