Chef Joel Rammelsberg is a supporter of the Soilmates movement. His restaurant Savage proudly promotes vegetarian cuisine. But, as a guest, you can always decide whether you want to add fish or meat to each vegetable creation. In that case, it is a supplement. We are happy with the 100% vegetable menu as it is.
