Set in a protected modernist building dating from 1937, the restaurant offers a Pure Plant Signature Menu as a standard part of its offering. The vegetable-focused cuisine may still feel like a relatively new direction for the kitchen, but at We’re Smart® Green Guide, we are delighted to see a dedicated pure plant option available as a matter of course. Chef Nathan Urbanowiez brings a modern gastronomic style influenced by flavours and techniques from around the world. The cuisine can take many different directions, but the dishes remain consistently tasty and engaging. The restaurant has built a strong following among an international clientele, helped by its excellent location in Brussels and its distinctive character.
